RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! items are pre loved and there may be signs of wear. descriptions and photos will be provided of any damages outside of normal wear. It’s the buyers responsibility to fully read descriptions and examine photos closely before purchasing. we cannot allow returns due to the tedious process of shipping and packaging the precious items we sell. don’t hesitate to reach out to ask questions or obtain more photos 

SHIPPING

all orders under $40 are a flat rate of $8 mailed with priority through usps. we ship within 2-5 business days. we do our absolute best with packaging all of our items with love and attention to detail. however we all know how rough shipping carriers can be. Reach out immediately if your package arrives damaged by the shipping carrier. Please provide details photos of both the damaged box and damaged goods so a file can be made 

INSURANCE 

insurance is automatically added for packages valuing under $100. reach out to us if your order amount is over $100 so additional insurance can be added 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

if you reside outside the US and would like to place an order reach out to arrange payment through another payment form. we’re currently unable to take international orders due to an issue with shopify's shipping calculator 

GENERAL

please remember you’re buying a pre loved- vintage or antique item. we do our best to throughly clean items before shipping. items still may be slightly dirty due to the nature of how fragile items can be. we also do our best to inspect items but we are human. reach out if you find any damages not noted.
